River Centre welcomes Chef Claudia of Café Piña for a Charcuterie Board Workshop
Join Chef Claudia in a hands-on lesson on how to style the perfect charcuterie board. During the workshop, Chef Claudia will walk you through the step-by-step process of how to make her infamous salami rose. Once completed, you will get to take home your beautiful creation, the cutting board, wine glass, and pairing knife.

Tickets must be purchased before February 4th and presented upon entry on the day of the workshop.
