River Centre welcomes Chef Claudia of Café Piña for a Charcuterie Board Workshop
Never know what to bring to family get-togethers over the holidays? Chef Claudia has you covered! Join Chef Claudia in a hands-on lesson on how to style the perfect charcuterie board.
Start the class off with a mimosa or a glass of wine - included with your ticket purchase. During the workshop, Chef Claudia will walk you through the step-by-step process of how to make her infamous salami rose. Once completed, you will get to take home your beautiful creation, the cutting board, wine glass, and pairing knife.
