River Centre welcomes Chef Claudia of Café Piña for a Charcuterie Board Workshop
Never know what to bring to family get-togethers over the holidays? Chef Claudia has you covered! Join Chef Claudia in a hands-on lesson on how to style the perfect charcuterie board.
Start the class off with a mimosa or a glass of wine - 2 drink tickets included with your ticket purchase. Cash bar to follow. During the workshop, Chef Claudia will walk you through the step-by-step process of how to make her infamous salami rose. Once completed, you will get to take home your beautiful creation, the cutting board, wine glass, and pairing knife.

Tickets must be purchased before December 13th and presented upon entry on the day of the workshop.
